RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer Satisfaction is your right and our duty. If in any case you are not satisfied with your purchase, Stores Basement will refund or exchange your product.
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt/invoice or other proof of purchase.
- You must provide your name and address with order # invoice attached.
- All Bed Sheet Sets and Duvet Cover Sets Cannot Be Returned.
4. All Items must be repackaged in its original packaging and in an unused & unwashed condition. Failure to do so may subject to a restocking fee up to 20% depending on the condition.
5. The returned items must be unused and unwashed, If the products you have purchased from us are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding you or providing a replacement product provided that items are returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
Depending on where your location is, items may arrive back to our warehouse within 2 to 7 working business days.
Customers are responsible to pay for return shipping if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the product.
If you are shipping an item, please consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
